An experiential project and audio documentary podcast exploring seances conducted in 1960s Kitchener by a mysterious medium. The University of Waterloo Special Collections and Archives has 154 audio reels of séances led by medium Thomas Lacey at the home of Otto Smith. This project is part of AFTERLIFE at THEMUSEUM in downtown Kitchener from September 2019 - January 2020. The podcast Part 1 and Part 2 are now available below, and on Itunes, Google Play, Spotify, Soundcloud, Stitcher and TuneIn.

 

This project is in collaboration with the Special Collections & Archives, University of Waterloo Library.
